Mr. Snape is responsible for facilitating multiple construction projects through management and coordination with the general contractors and design teams to ensure the project budgets and quality is maintained while meeting schedule needs.

Before joining Parallel, Mr. Snape worked with a general contractor in Austin with a focus on mixed use, multifamily and student housing developments. He has over six years of experience in construction in both the private and public sector. His project involvement includes high-rise multifamily, industrial manufacturing, interiors, and educational facilities with an excess of $300 million in total projects. His student housing experience includes high-rise projects MUZE, Torre, and Union on 24th all located in the West Campus neighborhood near The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Snape led the team as construction manager on REV and OTTO which delivered on-time in College, Station, TX.

Mr. Snape received his Bachelor of Science, Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
