Mr. Pierce brings a diverse background in construction, technology, and development to his role at Parallel, where he manages construction activities across the company’s student and multifamily housing developments. He oversees projects from predevelopment through delivery, ensuring alignment of quality, schedule, and cost at every stage.

Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Pierce founded and led Property Wallet, a construction technology startup focused on advancing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows through game-engine visualization. He previously worked in Virtual Design and Construction at Rogers-O’Brien Construction, coordinating BIM operations for large multifamily, mixed-use, medical office, and data center projects. He later joined Samsung C&T Corporation, where he managed construction technology and integration on a high-complexity semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This combination of roles provides him with a unique perspective that bridges the technical, operational, and ownership sides of development.

Mr. Pierce studied business and fine arts at the University of Texas at Austin, with a focus in 3D software and AR/VR application development. He continues to build on this foundation with expertise in BIM, visualization, and construction management, and is passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in every development he supports.
