Utility work began in November 2024 and completed in February 2025.
Vertical construction began in Spring 2025 and is scheduled be completed in Summer 2027.

The following traffic control plan was finalized in collaboration with the City of Lubbock. Both 14th Street and 15th Street will remain open to two-way traffic, though lanes will be narrowed due to construction fencing around the site for the foreseeable future.

The tower crane will be dismantled and taken offsite starting on 8/11/2026. This will result in 15th Street being closed down between University and Avenue X on 8/11/2026 - 8/17/2026. We will re-open as soon as the tower crane is removed from the jobsite.
