University House Arena District is a 5-story mid rise, LEED Gold, student housing development in the bourgeoning Arena District on the East side of campus at the University of Oregon just two blocks from campus. This project delivered on time and on budget for Fall 2013 occupancy. The property initially leased up to 94% year one in an extremely competitive off-campus market. The project was a joint venture development partnership between University House Communities and Gerding Edlen Development from Portland, OR. Gerding Edlen purchased the property from University House prior to the Scion purchase of the portfolio.
