Utility work began in November 2024 and completed in February 2025.

Vertical construction began in Spring 2025 and is scheduled be completed in Summer 2027.

Upcoming concrete pours are currently planned to begin set up at the following dates and times: 6/17 at 3am, 6/19 at 4am, and 6/20 at 5am. As with any early morning work, you may notice increased noise and temporary site lighting to ensure the safety of our crew.

The traffic control plan was finalized in collaboration with the City of Lubbock. In December 2024, traffic control signage began directing traffic around temporary street closures.

We will continue to provide updates on the progress of the work and any changes in the plans.
