Utility work began in November 2024 and completed in February 2025.

Vertical construction began in Spring 2025 and is scheduled be completed in Summer 2027.

The following traffic control plan was finalized in collaboration with the City of Lubbock. Both 14th Street and 15th Street will remain open to two-way traffic, though lanes will be narrowed due to construction fencing around the site for the foreseeable future.

Upcoming concrete pours are currently planned to begin setup at the following dates and times: 10/31 and 11/1 at 3:00am. As with any early morning work, you may notice increased noise and temporary site lighting to ensure the safety of our crew.

Tower crane installation acivities are scheduled to take place between 11/3 - 11/10. During this time, you may notice increased traffic around the property due to the arrival of large components and equipment being staged.
